Nutrition information assumes 2 6-inch flour tortillas, 1/2 cup of coleslaw and 2 oz. (precooked weight) broiled tilapia without additional salt. Seventy-five percent of the sodium is from the tortillas and coleslaw.
Broil, pan-fry or deep fry fish per above recipes. Wrap stacked tortillas in aluminum foil and place in a preheated 300°F (175°C) oven for 10 minutes to warm and reduce cracking. Prepare tacos by placing 1/2 cup of coleslaw or lettuce along the center of each tortilla and top with fish or seafood. Top with salsa and cheese if desired. Serve immediately.Ingredients
