Use a reduced sodium ketchup if you are on a sodium restricted diet. You can also control the amount of sodium be reducing portion size.

  • 1 cup (270 g) tomato ketchup
  • Hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • Prepared horseradish to taste
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime or lemon juice

Method of Preparation
