Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs (700 g) red, white, or Yukon gold potatoes
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) garlic minced (about 12g)
- 1 tablespoons (15 ml) fresh or dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) kosher salt (1/2 tsp table salt)
- 1 cup (240 ml) dry white wine
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Wash the potatoes, pat dry and cut into bit size pieces.
Step 2
Over medium high heat, heat the oil In a large skillet or wok. Add the potatoes, garlic, salt and rosemary. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
Step 3
Add the wine, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
