Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange oven rack in middle of oven or middle and lower third of oven. Line two 12x18 inch baking sheets or 4 smaller sheets with aluminum foil or parchment paper to simplify clean up. Arrange tortillas on baking sheet(s) so they do not overlap and spray with cooking spray about 3 seconds. Working with 2 tortillas at a time. Stack with sprayed side facing each other and cut into four wedges. Return sprayed side down on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Do not overlay wedges. Spray second wide with cooking spray about 3 seconds. Sprinkle with salt if desired. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. If using two baking sheets, switch and rotate sheets half way during cooking to for even browning. Ingredients
