  • Vegetable cooking spray

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Position oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Use kitchen scissors to remove the edges to give two thin sections. Stack as many sections as you are comfortable handling and use a chef's knife to cut into 8 sections.

Step 3

Place the chips on 1 or 2 large baking sheets and lightly spray with cooking spray. Turn over and lightly spray the other side.

Step 4

Bake about 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove the sheets from the oven, turn over the chips and bake another 6 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.

Step 5

Enjoy with your favorite dip or homemade hummus.
