Fig & Yogurt Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 2 slices (65 g) artisan bread
  • 4 tablespoons (60 g) fig preserves
  • 1 oz. (28 g) gorgonzola or other blue cheese
  • Fresh mint, thinly sliced

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Heat grill, oil grate, and grill bread about 30 seconds per side or until toasted.

Step 2

Cut bread in half, spread preserves, place cheese on top of the preserves, and garnish with mint if desired. Serve immediately.
