Oven Baked Flour Tortilla Chips make light, crispy chips for dips, Taco Salads, or you can cut tortillas into strips for soups.

While these oven-fried chips are low in calories and fat, flour tortillas can be high in sodium compared to corn tortillas. So check the nutrition label if you are concerned about sodium.

Depending on the brand of tortillas used, one ounce of baked chips has about 115 calories and 300 mg of sodium. Flour tortillas are made from refined white flour instead of whole grain corn, so they are also low in fiber.
